Cancellation Policy
At MG Counselling, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best service to all clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client in need of services.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for:
Private Clients - a cancellation fee of 75%.
EAP Clients - your appointment will be forfeited.
No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will also be charged the full session fee.
Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies or sudden illness, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Payment: All cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
By scheduling an appointment with MG Counselling, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. Please note that insurance providers typically do not cover cancellation fees, so they are the client's responsibility.
